The Lawley Park Village which was opened in 2001 comprises 62 two and three bedroom units.
The village is located close to the lovely parkland where residents can enjoy the birdlife and the open space to exercise or walk their dogs.

The village is close to other recreational facilities including the Inglewood recreation area, shops and other facilities.

The beautiful Community Centre at the front of the village provides the focal point for the many recreational and social activities that are available to the Residents of the Lawley Park village.
The Community Centre is equipped with a social lounge with coffee and reading areas and a large screen TV, Video and DVD where Residents can enjoy watching movies and sporting events together.

A fully equipped kitchen allows for residents to organise dinners for celebrations with other residents as well as family and friends.

A snooker/ pool table, piano, dance floor and library are also available to ensure that all Residents needs are catered for no matter what your interests or tastes.

Outside the Social Club, residents can enjoy the beautiful outside barbeque area as well as a bowling green where inter village bowling tournaments as well as weekly games are enjoyed.

The resort style heated swimming pool and gym area are enjoyed by Residents all year round for just a dip or for doing some lap swimming and exercises at any time that suits you.

All of these top quality facilities are available to keep you as busy or as relaxed as you choose to be.

Lawley Park has a very active Social Committee made up of Residents within the village that organise a large range of social activities including Easter and Christmas celebrations, card games, barbeques, bingo nights, movie nights, bootscooting, art classes, happy hour and many other activities.

Lawley Park is accredited with the Retirement Village Association of Australia.

The Accreditation was gained by the detailed comparison conducted by an independent auditor of the services, operations and management of the village against a set of national standards.

These national standards are designed to protect the residents and include the promotion of health and well being and enhancement of a quality of life within the Village.

The Lawley Park village is managed by our Senior Residential Services Manager Gary Watts, who ensures that the village runs smoothly and all the needs of the Residents are catered for.  Gary is supported by an Assistant Village Manager as well as the Head Office Operations Team. On site Liaison provide assistance to Residents when the Senior Residential Services Manager is not on site.

 
Internal TV Channel

Each unit has access to the Internal TV channel which is managed by our Freemasons WA staff. This provides up to date information within each resident’s home on updates on what is happening within the village and the local community.

 
Gardens and Landscaping
The beautiful gardens and landscapes around the Village of Lawley Park are fully maintained
by management by the use of gardening contractors. This ensures that the village has an
attractive and pleasant environment to be enjoyed by Residents all year round.

 
24 Hour Emergency Call System

Each of our units is fitted with a reliable security system which provides 24 hour assistance for health emergencies, security problems. This state of the art security system ensures that residents are secure in the knowledge that assistance is available at all times regardless of the problem.

 
Medical and Health Services
 
Medical Practitioner
A Medical Practitioner visits the village two days a week to meet with Residents in the Doctor’s surgery which is located in teh Community Centre.
 
Hairdresser
A Hairdressing Salon is located Community Centre and the hairdresser is available on an appointment basis.
 
Podiatrist
A Podiatrist visits the village every third Wednesday in the afternoon to see Residents in the Doctor’s surgery located in the Community Centre.
 
Reflexologist
A Reflexologist visits the village on an appointment basis when required by the Residents.
 
Access to shopping and other facilities
Lawley Park is situated close to the shops, banks, post office and hairdressers.
