The Southern Village in Albany is made up of 30 independent living units with one spacious bedroom and bathroom and a lounge/dining area with a separate kitchen.

To compliment village life, the Social Centre is located in the centre of the Village and provides a venue for leisure activities and social events for residents and their guests.

This Social Centre is equipped with a kitchen, toilets and library and is very active holding regular church services, afternoon teas, bingo and card games and other social activities.

The Albany village is conveniently located close to a bus route which provides transport into the centre of Albany as well as to the local shopping centre at Spencer Park.

To enhance the security and safety of our Residents in the Albany village, each village will be equipped with a personal alarm which is linked to Silver Chain. This hands-free personal alarm when activated allows for two way communications with Silver Chain in the event of a medical emergency or any concern or problem that the Resident may have. If necessary, Silver Chain will respond to the emergency by notifying the appropriate Emergency Services and nominated family members. The Albany village has units available from time to time and interested people can register to join the village. To register your interest you will need to complete an Expression of Interest Form and return to us at Head Office at:
