The Esperance Village is made up of 25 independent living units each with one spacious bedroom and bathroom and a lounge/dining area with a separate kitchen. The village is located on 7900 square metres of land which provides plenty of outside area to enjoy.

Located in the heart of the village is a Social Centre equipped with a billiard table, carpet bowls, dartboard and a fully equipped kitchen where Residents can enjoy social gatherings.

The village is located close to the business district of Esperance which provides all the services and facilities the region offers.

The Esperance village does not currently have any units available; however, we do have a waiting list to allow interested people to register so that when a unit becomes available we can contact you and see if you are interested in entering the village.

No fee is charged for eligible people to be placed on the waiting list and there is no obligation to take up the offer of entering the village once if a unit becomes available. We will contact you on a regular basis to ensure that you are still interested to remain on the list and you can remove yourself from the waiting list at any time.
