The Keith Simpson Village at Kingsley is made up of 26 independent living units each with one spacious bedroom and bathroom and a lounge/dining area with a separate kitchen.

Located in the heart of the village is a Social Lounge equipped with a pool table, carpet bowls, dartboard, library, TV with a DVD and video and home theatre, piano and a kitchen/ bar area and gym area where Residents can enjoy a number of activities and social gatherings.

Outside the Social Centre, Residents have access to a lovely covered heated pool area and the Bowling Green and a BBQ area.

In the centre of the Keith Simpson village is a lovely Gazebo and area where the Residents can enjoy socialising.

A number of social activities are arranged within the Village including Movie Nights, Bowling Tournaments, Yoga Classes and many celebrations for special occasions including Melbourne Cup Day, Birthday's, Anniversaries, Christmas and Easter.
